Philanthropy is a worthy cause. But getting donations, especially in this economy,
is cause for concern.
THE IDEA: To sell library collection software, a literary approach was called for. Our print campaign featured a small collection of books both real and invented, with the titles of the books delivering a surprising, engaging payoff.
THE RESULT: The payoff for Baker & Taylor – in terms of increased sales – was even more rewarding.
