THE CHALLENGE: A radiology group owns four imaging centers. Each center had a different name; and each name was medical sounding and hard to pronounce.
THE IDEA: Reintroduce all four centers under one new name – The ImageCare Centers.
NEXT CHALLENGE: How do you get physicians to notice and remember the name change and at the same time introduce them to the centers’ newest technology?
THE IDEA: Create new sell sheets, physician brochures, patient brochures, etc; then mail them all in a hard-to-miss, 3-dimensional box with the primary message printed right on the cover.
